Billie Holiday was a very brave soul, to have sang this song in her time as well as anytime. unfortunatly, Her life style cut short a very talented jazz singer. I wish we could have had her a time longer.I have been looking for a music video of her, but I can't find any. I thought perhaps when she was a Canegie Hall that someone might have recorded her. Our Loss. I have a similar back round so I relate to her very much. I am 49 and White. If that makes any difference. I think not. |
